Loft Conversion, Extension and General Refurbishment of 1900’s End-of-Terrace House in Thoday Street, Cambridge.
This 1900’s end-of-terrace house was extended to the rear to create a larger Kitchen / Dining Room which opened onto the rear garden via French doors.
The loft, which had previously been poorly converted, was rebuilt to comply with modern Building Regulation standards and in accordance with Client requirements.
We prepared the design drawings for the extension, loft conversion and alterations to enable Planning Permission and Building Regulation approval to be obtained. We also advised the owners about the implications of the Party Wall etc Act 1996.
We held a weekly site meeting with the Owners and the Contractor to monitor the progress and standard of workmanship. If you have plans like this for your property or have any questions relating to the design or build options you might have, please contact us.
Please contact us now to discuss your project or fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we will contact you during our office hours.
