We will transform your verbal requirements into the architectural design drawings.

Once the existing plans / site plan (for new properties) have been prepared we will start the design process. We use your requirements, sketches, photos and other information that you have provided to us together with our extensive experience in similar projects to produce the design drawings – often referred to as sketch plans. We are aware of what the Planning Officers are likely to approve and will develop the design to include these requirements.

We send (email and / or post) the drawing(s) to you for your comments; if the design isn’t right first time we will amend the drawings to include the changes that you want to be made. This stage is repeated until the drawing(s) meet your requirements.

We can provide 3D images of your new home providing that we know that you require this before we commence the design drawings.

We will design your new home, extension or loft conversion with ease of construction in mind and, in fact, a significant part of the working drawing will be prepared in order for your design drawings to be ‘buildable.’ We do not issue drawings for works that cannot be built and we will warn you if a particular design that you require is difficult (therefore expensive) to construct.
